Hola, alguien me ayuda? descargue guardian collection alpha de la pagina oficial de zeo works lo abro le doy a si para descargarlo, espero aproximadamente un minuto sin que avance la instalacion/descarga y se cierra y no se instala/descarga nada y ya he probado varias veces y nada. I open it, click "yes" to download it, wait about a minute, the installation/download doesn't progress. Then it closes and nothing installs/downloads. I think it's your device mistaking it as a virus but it isn't when it's on your folder try again

I'm the same person, I just changed my account and I've already tried disabling my antivirus and adding the file to exclusions, but it's still happening. Help. / Soy el mismo me cambie de cuenta y ya intente con el antivirus desactivado y con el archivo en exclusiones y me sigue pasando. Ayuda
