Password Reset Not Sending

For the life of me cannot get my password reset after wanting to revisit st3 after a while and the servers back up. Have tried over 10 times now and checked every single time that what I type is correct, but still can't reset my password to enjoy the games. Please help.

In the same boat as you are. I´ve made another account to try and log back in now that the servers are up but that doesn´t budge. I try changing from the ¨change my password¨section in the profile to see if thats the issue, but no. I try to get my password resetted from the game, but it says my email isnt valid when its the one im using. Making another account will flag me like if I was a bot, so theres not much I can do either. Best regards mate.

Estoy en la misma situación que tú. Me he creado otra cuenta para intentar iniciar sesión ahora que los servidores están funcionando, pero no funciona. He intentado cambiar la contraseña desde la sección "Cambiar mi contraseña" en mi perfil para ver si ese es el problema, pero nada. He intentado restablecer mi contraseña desde el juego, pero me dice que mi correo electrónico no es válido, aunque es el que estoy usando. Crear otra cuenta me marcaría como si fuera un bot, así que no hay mucho que pueda hacer. Un saludo.

El problema es, que la IA de Sean cree que ustedes son bots intentando iniciar sesión en sus cuentas, lo malo es que Sean no tiene forma de saber si alguien es un bot, tengo unos tips
1. Cerrar sesión y volver a iniciar sesión 
2. Decirle a Sean por su servidor de discordia

Have you checked your spam folder to see if the reset email ended up there? If nothing arrives, it might be an issue with the password recovery system itself. I'd also suggest reporting this to the developers through the official Discord server, especially since you're not the only one experiencing it. Hopefully this gets fixed soon.
